We start with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, timeline, budget, and property details. This is where we evaluate feasibility, zoning considerations, and high-level project scope.

At Glades and Bay we don't only build homes, We are licensed to construct, remodel, repair, or improve one, two, or three-family residences, limited to a maximum of two habitable stories above no more than one uninhabitable story
Our license also includes accessory use structures (Pool Homes, ADU's, garages, sheds) and site work related to the lot.
