Build On Your Lot: Your Dream Home, Your Land, Your Way

with Glades and Bay Construction LLC

Picture this: You’re standing barefoot on your own patch of Florida sand, the Gulf breeze ruffling your hair, and the only sound is the laughter of your family echoing from the porch of a home that’s truly yours. Not a cookie-cutter house, but a place where every window frames your favorite view and every room tells your story. That’s the Glades and Bay Construction promise.

Why Settle for Someone Else’s Dream?

When you build on your lot, you’re not just picking a floor plan—you’re choosing freedom. Want a chef’s kitchen that opens to the sea air? A sunroom for morning coffee? A backyard made for barbecues and barefoot summers? With us, you don’t have to compromise.

Florida Born, Gulf Coast Proud

We’re not just builders—we’re your neighbors. Our owner grew up right here, so we know what makes life on the Gulf Coast special: weathering summer storms, chasing sunsets, and making memories on sugar-white sand. We bring that local know-how to every project, ensuring your home is as resilient as it is beautiful.

Design Your Way—With a Little Help from Friends

Whether you come with a Pinterest board or just a dream, our design team is all ears. We love a challenge—bring us your wildest ideas, and we’ll help make them real. Prefer a semi-custom plan? We’ve got flexible options that let you put your stamp on every detail.

Financing That Fits Your Life

Building a home shouldn’t mean sleepless nights over spreadsheets. We offer financing options to make the process smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on the fun part—watching your vision take shape.
